There is a lot to admire about the Queens 86 but you can't help but feel they sacrificed substance over style in a few areas, mainly the bridge, and after deck. But then every yacht design is a compromise no matter what you choose. Obviously the prime objective in the design of the Queens 86 is speed.

Is it only me or other people also think this Queens 86 design is very very similar with the Sessa Marine 68? Drawing lines are similar, features are similar, even features and utilities placement are similar, not even the painting escaped the similarities. Guess Queens copied or did some deal with Sessa?

Definitivelly NO, for2 very simple reasons: first, its engine and fuel configuration is not mean to do that, because of that the range is very short comparing to a trans ocean trip. Second because the boat design is also not meant to be used in rought waters the type you will enconter in mid ocean, it will probably sink in the first heavy ocean condition. Curiously good quality sailing boats 3 times smaller this boat can do a trans ocean trip, because they don't require fuel and the hull is good enought to withstand most heavy sea conditions.

Looks like a great yacht mph club could charter! They specialize in exotic car and luxury rentals as well as jet and yacht chartering!

Any boat with Missoni furnishings, for instance Magellano; is fantastic. BUT what a shame about the very large and thick transoms in the main cabin helm position!!
