  1. Scooby's comment is probably right on. (I haven't watched any of his 74 videos, but I'll take his word). You should watch some of the videos with the dude in the multi color shirt. He has his shit together and knows the boat well. If I could go out to the back yard and dig up 1.5 to 2 mil,… I think I'd get the one with only the single helm. and just 2 state rooms. I'd put the washer/dryer in the 3rd twin room and make a utility room out of it… day head…ect… I don't like where the dingy is, but there's a couple companies that would figure out my design I have in my head. I'd do the arch a bit different too, putting wind generators up there. Off to watch the 2 videos on the '68 Rest Assured. That's nice, maybe I'll dig up the $3.5-5 mil to build one like that, … yeah right!!

  2. This is still my favorite motor sailer, it really has it all. Only down side is it is power hungery and that could be fixed with solar and wind generators along with a back up auto pilot. The forward cabin would have removable walls where there is a nice couch that turn into bunks…throw up wall and you have 2 more births…and jack and jill head…can't figure out why it never took off more then it did.

  3. I've been looking at trawlers lately but, still love sailing and don't want to give it up not quite yet. This is a perfect fit for me. Love it 💗

  4. They did offer a three cabin interior and no open cockpit-forwards. Tookie Elliot's "Ata Marie" was built that way, recently purchased by the YouTubers "MS Cassidy". Nordhavn still lists it as a current model, but I don't know if they've built any lately in either configuration.
