Fantastic voyage.Great Video ! More More More Please !
Thanks for that adventure. I really enjoyed it. Good job.
I'm a novice sailor. Would like to know why you motor and risk running out of fuel needed to get through the harbor vs waiting. Was it to avoid a storm? Nice video. Thanks.
thanks – makes sense
Great vid Mike! I'm planning a singlehanded TransAt, would love to pick your brain. Noticed your hailing port, are you still in Philly?
Awesome, Awesome, Awesome!!
At the core of my soul I want to buy a sailboat, and sail around the world. Thanks for your video!
This video, like so many others I've watched in the last few months make me realize I have been struck with this bug too late..
I notice you are using a running back stay. Is that Dyneema? How hard did you tension? thanks, john
Sorry Iandi. Kill the constant music.
Thank you , I really enjoyed your video. Cheers
A yacht and a dog were found sailing alone of the coast of NZ this year. No harness 🙁
Radio traffic in beginning and techno music throughout was just to much for me. Sorry
Loose the music. It is difficult to hear and understand what you are saying.
Song sounds a lot like Morcheeba – The Sea [acoustic]. Thanks for the video!
Nice video. All of these complainers and advice-givers should shut up and go make their own sailing videos.
Inspires and encourages me to make a 30 year dream become reality. I also think I'm in love with the Tashiba / Baba 40, she's a real beauty of the sea! Thank you Mike, and safe travels
holy shit people are critical! great video man. I'd love to see more.
Great vid, thanks
I love seeing men achieve their dreams, it inspires me to achieve my dream of sailing the world. Thanks mate.
another good video. just roaming the south pacific. what a boring life. lol. i could go for some boring.
Nicely done.
How much is each chart download?
Too much poor music
Love the music with the comms – that's a really great feeling.. Switch the AGC to slow and its much less noisy.
Any video of sailing towards Antarctica from New Zealand, or is it disallowed? This world is a terrarium, not a planet!
What a gorgeous boat!
Thanks for sharing raido messages, helps people that want to go offshore to understand what communication is like.
another awesome video..good job
Great video of an amazing passage. Thank you for sharing..
You manage to choose very interesting video shooting angles for your camera. Good camera man skills.
Great vid man!!
Good stuff. Dig the music/radio mix, the sailing shots and the attitude. Thx
Annoying sound, boring content
Liked how you gave advice about the day to day stuff. Like what to think about, trouble shooting mechanical probmems, how to think about weather and etc. Gave me a good understanding of how its really is sailing off shore. Cool this is my first video of yours and it made me Sbscribe. I will probably binge watch this weekend peace dude!!
What kind of boat ?
Great video, I’ve always wondered how you update maps.
Very nice yacht mate, what design/length is it? Also, how do you connect to the SSB radio to get the weather faxes, I would be interested in that
Turned off, shit music.
Ta Shing in the 1980's built some of the best cruising boats ever made. I had a Mason 44 and loved it. I now have a Hans Christian 33, which was also built in Taiwan during that golden decade of boat-building.
great video , great boat (Tashiba 40) great guy ,can we have more?
Haha applenutbutter my fav
Yes, great video quality with a nice narrative. Well done….
Excellent video! I thought that was a Mason 33 the whole video until the end I saw it was a double ender. Is that a Tayana 37 or some other Taiwanese boat? Gorgeous boat.
Great sailing, awful music.
I've watched this video as inspiration when I was saving up for my own boat. I now own a Niagara 42' cutter rigged sloop with designs on similar passages. Very much appreciate all of your sailing videos… Mike .. Canada
