Number 1 is really unfortunate. Not sure what happened to their boom. They would know to take down their jib, not their mainsail in high winds, or they wouldn't own a sailboat. Something must have gone wrong. The jib looks afoul, and they are lucky to have survived.

I still wonder abou ther guy crashing on to the closing bridge. How can you drive a sailboat just like your car when you see a traffic light getting red, you just accelerate like mad to make it trough ? What kind of mentality is that showing ? An assh** in his car just like an ass*** in his boat.
