Is it by the way a full-blown ocean-cruiser? (Offshore sailboat). If so, can it sail any ocean, including those in the Arctic?

In fact quite remarkable that they didn't put a second (third?) deck on top as you often see with larger catamarans… Then you could take yet another family cruising with you… 😉

OMG what an amazing "live aboard" boat. It is like a floating spacious high quality bungalow. You'd have to look outside to verify your not on land… This one is on my short-list! 😉

4 staterooms in a 105 foot boat is pretty limited …2.5 million is pretty reaonable though

Why would you buy a sailing boat if you are going to have a crew to sail it for you? Is it because you can't afford the diesel? Or maybe because you're saving the environment? Too harsh?
