Just my amateur view… but having a sense of adventure I feel is a virtue, or what I regard as an element to attaining a kind of enlightenment. You are on that path! You're also an inventive person with many impressive skills where you envision something and with various pieces you create and construct what you conceive of or dream of, and that's a kind of ingenious leap. You also did not want to sail alone, but you also have a kind of empathy too where you share a unique and remarkable experience with someone who would have never experienced that before, a grand magnanimous gesture.
