The step down at the forward end of the galley looks dangerous if you're cooking/washing up and forget that step just to your right. Could end in a bad fall and a broken hip!

Looks and feels like the lobby for a corporate building, way too slick. And if those dimmable windows fail in the middle of nowhere and darken it could be a nightmare. Sailboats and excessive electronics are great when they are new, but in 10 years, they may become a nuisance more than a luxury.
