Wearing a helmet in heavy weather conditions in a race like the GGR is no guarantee that you will win but ; it may save your life .
I am curious as to why they do not appear to have them as part of their kit , perhaps there is a good reason why they don't and if so maybe someone can enlighten me ?

We are now almost one year later..I still have to see her giving a full interview of what all happened.. All her "non sponsoring" fans were following her because we believed in her , we believe in what she could accomplish… and yes we all accepted what the final outcome was.. This is the G.G.R after all.. But why not respecting your followers and give them a run down of what happened.. This is now one year ago..

I'm guessing the 2nd Golden Globe will be the last. I doubt that sponsors will sign up for another round after the carnage of the first two. It is a shame though, I would like to see it ran again but maybe allow larger boats.
