The stove is not gimballed because it is not on the side of the boat. It’s to the stern. Gimbals would not help it.

I beleive due to the yacht being so large and constructed of steel the stove not being gimbled isn't a big deal. Also the stove is orientated bow to stern and not port to starboard.

I love this boat, I keep coming back to this video cause the layout is beyond most. Like actual thought was placed in the design.
