It was really helpful. I am a fifty woman who got the seaman's book recently after attending and getting my STCW and ENG1 certificates surrounded by young strong men and women but I passed my exams and had an awesome experience. Yeah! I am a Spanish and Portuguese language teacher for adults when I am onshore but I wish to keep sailing and that this vocation becomes also my profession hopefully compatible with the teaching work. I miss blue water now because I live in Barcelona and for the moment we are under a strict lockdown but hopefully we will sail again. So, I keep on attending online courses about sailing, routes calculation on charts, etc. Fair winds and following seas
