Can u use a car alternator or marine alternator to recharge ur batteries while the electric motor is running? And eliminate the need to recharge ur batteries because it's just a recycle of energy

Once towed a sinking 42 ft boat for a day and a half to safety,I like diesel in the shipping lanes plus’s have a hydraulic clutch with bilge pump off the engine,has a charger too!!
