Interesting leeboards – as mentioned, rare – but something not completely uncommon for vessels purposed mostly for Black Sea sailing – or, I suppose – the Caspian.

This boat is clearly for calmer sailing for taking it easy, but I wonder if it would fare easily from Portsmouth to Lisbon, or at the very least Bilbao. This boat is the epitome of calling it home. Cozy and invinting.

I think you underestimate its sailingquality and speed under sail. Although it has powerfull engines it’s definitely not a motorsailer

NOT ENOUGH practicality & too much Luxury– for example there is no place for the Captain's Quarters- unless the owner is a qualified Pilot a boat this size needs a Captain!!! And no quarters for the guests- nice quarters for the Chief Mechanic & Cook & other crew-
