@19:35 – It's not necessarily about having the money to spend on all-electric blinds/curtains/sunshades. Manual systems are more reliable, and when you're chartering you want maximum reliability/uptime and minimal maintenance cost.
HELL NO on that propane gas cook top. Fire on your ship is worse than it sinking IMO. If you have never cooked with an induction cooktop, its straight up wizard in how well it works. Lot less fire risk, cause the cooktop never gets hot, only your pans/pots get hot.
If I did a grill on the boat, it would be one of those things that mounts on the railing and uses charcoal, that's how I like to cook steaks, burgers, sausage, etc. If for some reason that fire gets out of control it should have a quick release lever with a spring where it shoots that grill several feet away from the vessel and into the ocean. Hell I'd tell my yacht builder figure out how to make a Weber charcoal grill safe on a ship.

Why does sunreef seem bigger than every other catamaran of the same length. It's not just one area that's bigger. It's every area of this yatch that's bigger. Now the question is, how does she perform?
Why are all the tv lifts so slow? and why are they pres and hold to raise and not auto raise and lower with one touch?
