24. Those abandoned yatchs is a good business opportunity. U can buy the shipyard nd turn it into a metal or any scrapyard. Strip all the boats of its metal nd other materials . Recycle it there in the yard (convert a section of the yard into a recycle plant), nd sell the raw materials to iron mongers who can resell it to metal manufacturers etc. Why not look into it urself.
