Nu veți crede cât de rapid este acest SuperYacht!

Small correction to this video. The second set of engines are Lycoming Gas turbines, powering the water jets.
YES! I like FAST!
He'd have to slow down…..just so I can water ski
The pure joy in your face at the end of the video is priceless! You are a good soul.
That’s insane, I’m sure that engineers could make changes to the hull so it would be more stable. If it has a deep v bottom at high speeds the hull might get too high and loose stability causing it to drop off to port or starboard
You put a big enough engine in it you can make a brick fly.
Owner also said “at full throttle it will melt your credit card”
So nice to watch your videos from the before times.
beware of partially submerged objects travelling at that speed, ask Richard Branson what happened to him, doesn't matter how good your sonar is.
I kept waiting to hear it had a foil system – but no – just brute forcing a boat that size to 80 mph is insane. Mad props to the hull designer
Love the chuckle at the end 😊
This yacht is a dumb brute, it would be much better with and has enough power to foil, and would have better range and comfort
Spinning out makes sense when you think of how much forward force is applied to the rear, with respects to how much water and wind resistance there is in the front. Makes it hydrodynamically unstable at high speeds
Brilliant. Hydra Foil perhaps as well….
I wonder how many gallons of fuel per second it uses….
The serious meaning of the word "fast" is when you put the length of the boat in the picture. Keith's formula is driving the concept. All the mentioned boats are not, in fact, fast. And you can see from the water still surroundings the sidewalls.
That's fast enough to no longer consider going by airplane if you factor in the time for going to the airport, Terminal Security and long lines.
That's crazy fast on the water. I imagine you'd have to do those speeds on glass-like water, or you'd wind up airborne with the screws out of the water, and a couple very expensive blown engines!
I was on a boat that skipped over a couple swells coming out of the lea of an island, and blew a V-12, as a squall had gone over us. That made for a long trip home in some nasty seas.
Stay safe out there!
That's more than the power of 2 top fuel drag racers in a luxury cruiser!
I've been 75mph on a supercharged racing waverunner. It scared the crap out of me. On a 135ft yacht? Nope…
He's a Mafia guy who's been investigated for years, for literally having blood on his hands, so I could give a damned about his toys
wasnt John Staluppi the guy also responsible for moonraker?
What about hydrofoils? There are already some large vessels such as ferries that use them; anybody trying them on superyachts?
kool
Fuel was already more expensive in Europe than here in the USA, so it boggles the mind how much even a day sail might cost in fuel today.
My boss bought a beautiful yacht last year! He said if I continue to work hard strive for greatness and outdo myself next year…. he can buy another one! 😂😅😡
Well, he should have shifted his ballast forward to prevent that. Better yet, mount a massive air foil on the back to tame it down!
That is impressively fast for a large yacht, I can't imagine the fuel consumption rate
Bluebird: 276.33 mph (444.71 km/h) Water Bluebird K7 Lake Dumbleyung 31 December 1964
Its good information but work work your presentation. I can't stand listening to you. Its like you're winging it half the time. Remember, it's not always the message, often it's the delivery.
WoW
so it has 4 engines, but why does it have 2 paxman and 2 leylands, why not 4 of the paxmans?
HOLY MOLY! IM IN LOVEEE!
At those speeds, it would burn approximately 160 pounds of fuel per minute.
I've just watched a documentary on the building of his first yacht Octopussy. I thought that speed was impressive, but this is just wow
Why don't they build a hydrofoil superyacht? Seems like it would be much more efficient at these speeds.
It's just mind-boggling what people can do when money is not an issue.
I love that little laugh at the end of the video when you state '74 mph…'. I can tell you're thinking "I really REALLY need to get a ride on this thing!!"
119kph boat… that's something else.
I wouldn't be able to resist giving military style orders if it was my vessel, and I'd also want to be able to captain it for the same reason "Helm, all ahead flank!". It would be terrifying but worth it
Impressive numbers!
Great video, thank you.
If the wallet was made from 1 solid diamond, it might be enough.
Hopefully he has a few 20mm HS 404 on deck for those runs down the Somalian coast
