If you did NOT cook with gas, your problem would be much less. I think this is right – for every kilo of gas you burn, you create 1.2 litres of moisture! Much better to cook with batteries or electricity of another type. Have a look what Mads on "Sail Life" is doing.

Hi sailing frieds, perhaps I have a suitable hint for managing the issue of moisture on the boat. We are using venting devices with heat exchangers in our house for drying the air and have fresh air in all rooms. This works well for more than 10 years. The loss of heat is extremely low and it is driven by two small fans. We blow the fresh air in living or sleeping rooms and collect the wet and used air from the kitchen and bathroom to blow out. I could imagine that this device can very good applied for the sail yacht requirements. Have a look at Bayernluft!
