Fraser Island isn't dangerous. 1000's of people go camping, 4x4ing, swimming and fishing there every year. Dingos don't even come near you anymore. Plus there's literally a resort there you can stay in and awesome bush walks.

They should make anyone convicted of jail time clean beaches in the cities and countries, especially Hanoi, where it's an issue. It's SHAMEFUL – the trash on the beautiful beaches.

Yes I have seen a shark while I was out swimming I think it was like about 15 feet away from me in shallow water it was in 2008 in South Carolina me and my sister were I. The water with it scared the daylights out of me I was 13 when we saw it swam to shore like won the olympics. Probably my scariest animal encounter.

I saw a shark then I just swam to shore I know I am not supposed to splash while swimming to avoid attracting sharks but I accidentally was so scared I just splashed a lot luckily shark did not notice me got away safely

One upon a time someone used my BCD and added weights to the pockets to fit their needs for a dive. They didn't tell me and they didn't remove the weights. The day dive I participated in with the unknown weights was very bad and caused dive depths well beyond our safety zone, into the danger zone, but the night dive I participated in with the same unknown out of calibration BCD caused me to experience true disorientation and I decended onto a feeding nurse shark.
