For your info the hull of this yacht was build in Romania and then towed to Norway for complation. And it also has a stability problem to be solved before sailing the oceans.

If you're going to have a proper ship, don't go to a dedicated MY yard. They just see $$$$ and everything they do is 100% more expensive than a commercial yard. Identify a commercial ship that matches your overall size/capability requirements and say "I want one of those, with the following modifications…" Get the "luxury" fit-out done by another company, again, not a well-known MY fit-out mob, because they also just see $$$$$. It will save you possibly tens of millions. Another very important consideration is commercial ships have the latest technology: they often come with DP2 as standard, for example, and are designed to have heavy lift cranes.
