A money pit, it's going to cost a lot more then 15000 euros and then you will most likely find a lot of things you can't see until you tear into it. Walk away ,there's a lot of good boats but you need to slow down and take the time to find a boat you will not have to spend a year refitting

Now you know what to look for in a boat without the cost of a surveyor until you have nailed a good boat down. Give yourself a day/6 hours to look under everything. Make a list, like the surveyor. You will learn by looking at lots of boats.

Like others say just spend a little bit more and get a boat that you don’t have to work on for a year before you take it to see maybe get a smaller boat in better condition

Wow I didn’t know the inspection was so in depth with the boat surveyor that’s good though you need to know what you’re getting a lot of people never do that they just look around at the boat and buy it
