Basically I am unstable on my knees. My wife and I would like to consider learning to sail. Can you point me to any references for advise please? We are both novices. My wife is more keen than me, but, so long as I was not a burden, I would also like to learn. I am able to walk, swim etc, but in pain after standing for a while.
