Be glad to see some actual sailing that’s what we look forward on sailing channels. Seems channels start out awesome then go the way of most of the others on YouTube. It’s hard to churn out real content on a weekly basis to get Paetron.dollars when you have to stay anchored 90% of the time so I guess that’s why most channels turn into ??.

One of your best videos, I really enjoyed it.
Too bad about your phone.
You didn't mention why your starboard engine failed- hope it was nothing serious.
The scenery, the colour of the water was great.
This was a very therapeutic video. That part of the Adriatic and those islands look so beautiful.

I guess you sailed on a stronger mistral.The mistral (maestral localy) is a constant wind that blows daily during the summer( and blows from the northwest). In the northern Adriatic it is mostly weak, but in the southern it can raise large waves, especially in canals such as Korčula and Vis, which are partially open to the open sea. It starts blowing around 10 a.m., heats up around 2 p.m., and usually stops after 5 p.m.
The mistral blows only on warm and sunny days.
Sailing north while blowing the mistral can be uncomfortable.
Glad you make it. Try the white wine on island on Vis ( can be found only there) called vugava.

Wow you two! That sounds crazy! You did a good job of narrating the situations with little video. Glad it all worked out and the engine is ok! Phew! The floating bakery and wine tasting/sales was so cool… I love that! . We’re you able to repair the davitt?
