Beautiful, if I had the money. What are the annual maintenance costs and depreciation? I suspect that's where the real pain is. But could no doubt be run as a "paying guest" venture, cruising the Caribbean, etc. Possibly the interior is a bit too luxurious and over the top. Could one really relax in that formal environment?
