2. Hello FTB family… if you answer this please include the name Paris Sparrow which is my facebook name. I see with you and others there are alot of artificial problems with who you are and where you can go… I see you bought/refitted your boat in Turkey and you consider it 'Turkish'. Is this because it was bought there? Or is it because it's registered there? Is it all about where you REGISTER your BOAT? Or does it have anything to do with the nationality and citizenship of the people on the boat? What is the rule(s)?? Confusing I'm sure. Also…which countries actively enforce these rules with big penalties? Or in practice are many boats ignored and left alone? Also, can you just anchor out at sea and come into port or to a beach with just a dinghy? Do the same laws apply to Dinghys? How far out do you have to be? If you are on a small dinghy which maybe beneath a certain size doesn't need to be registered then does your individual citizenship/passport define your ability to be there? In Greece for example. Do they require you to pay some kind of cruising fee for being there and if so how does that work? One for all of Greece? For all of Europe? Or Island by Island permits? Thanks in advance for your answers..

One question that I try to understand with many families traveling the world is do either of you work? I just want to understand the costs associated with your adventures.
