Dear All, I never expected this response but thank you all for the comments. Nick deserves greater as travelling in the current circumstances was not easy for them. All I had to do was TALK. Not an easy thing for me as many of you have commented but I managed!!!! Bottom line is get on the water if at all possible and in the safest craft you can afford. Life is shorter than you think so enjoy it. Dreaming is wonderful but experiencing is better. Thanks Nick for the opportunity. Best wishes to all,

I have watched this video three times now. What a charming, laid back and pragmatic guy John is. Thank you Nick for introducing us to him and also the boat which is stunning in every way. I have had the pleasure of a guided tour of the Redbay factory with the owner Tom McLaughlin several years ago. Another guy who is out of the same mould (so to speak) as John. Keep up the great videos.

Fabulous. Just as I’d want it, were I in a position to buy my 4th boat. Funnily enough John mentioned an Aquador. I had a similar boat, built in Norway, an NB Marine 840. I also had a sailing yacht which I converted to electric propulsion. It was fun, but now retired from being a Master skippering 14 to 19 metre 2,000 hp Jet Cats – I’d definitely want a rib on the West Coast of Scotland, primarily for safety and being able to cruise at 25 knots if need be. I don’t need the luxury of (for instance) my friend’s 50 ft Discovery sailing yacht. For me as an engineer and Master it’s all about simplicity, safety and speed to get there in a timely and comfortable manner. The Jet Cats with sprung seats convinced me of that. Most enjoyable video, thanks.

Great "Meet the Owner". It's clear John has an excellent grasp of business the way he explained the manufacturers approach to "making the second sale", which as anyone in sales will understand is the more difficult one. Good luck to him & his hotels, and as always, thanks to Nick.

Wow…consider me gobsmacked on this boat. I have to say that while I like the vast majority of boats that you've profiled, this is one of the very few that lights the "fires of *want*"! This is just so wonderfully designed that other than perhaps adding some more refrigeration in the storage area, I'm not sure if there's anything I'd change…and the fact that it uses actual residential/commercial grade standard mattresses…big plus!
