Congratulations on, well, buying the farm. It looks to be just about perfect for what you need. One quibble: unless European birch is very different from what we have here in N. America, it’s a less-than-ideal choice for firewood. It burns fast with less energy output than other hardwoods, and it burns dirtier. Keep a close eye on your flue lest you experience the joy of a chimney fire. Just sayin’.
