A polishing system for the fuel system. Huh. So that is actually built into the system as it is running. It's cleaning the fuel while the engine is running. And that eliminates about 70 or 80 percent of engine breakdowns. I don't think I'll ever have the money to pay for a Kracken Yacht, and so I don't know why I am interested. ha

Two weeks ago S/V Raindancer hit a whale on the way from Panama to the South Pacific with the keel. The keel pushed up making a big hole in the boat and it sank in 15 minutes. Luckily the crew was experienced, had lots of safety and communication equipment and they were rescued from the lifeboat 10 hours later.

A 'walk in engine room' on a 50 feet sailboat? Really impressive! It would be great if a folding (or not) workshop table and storage could be squeezed in there. Really impressive as it is!

Have you thought about changing to metal strapping with a rubber insert as opposed to cable ties to secure all those cables in place if you were unlucky enough to get a fire in there most cable ties would melt pretty quickly then in a smoke filled compartment you can't see much in you would also potentially contend with hanging potentially very hot wires everywhere.

I´m very surprised that there seems to be no soundproofing in the engine room. How is it possible in such a expensive yacht? It must be a terrible noise. Compare with Hallberg Rassy 50 and you will understand what I mean.

Why do boats mount their engine oil filters horizontally? Changing those filters is always messy.
