The gay bar incident? I think Vito could have talked his way out of that.

However he also got caught by Finn blowing a security guard. Two separate gay incidents and 3 witnesses? No way he could explain all of it away.

I love how the writers make references to gay prison sex and how “you get a pass for that.” The mental gymnastics these guys do when it comes to life are hilarious. Another example would be how they’re all cold blooded killers, yet they identify as good Catholics.
