I could MAYBE see it if it were a house boat and you planned on living in it but that layout would just get annoying staying in it for any real length of time. You have two very cramped sleeping quarters but a million seats. It's not like that 2 burner stove is going to cook for 5-9 people so it just doesn't make sense. Less seats and more solar comfort area would be much better.

There are also many design flaws with wiring that I can see. Having exposed wires and cables in high traffic storage means yanked and stripped cables or wires. You also have flowing water right next to electrical which is a nightmare down the road when it breaks down.

Sorry but this boat design is just not very good.
