I always love the snorkeling shots and was really excited for you to get a speargun to be able to get fresh fish in another way… but (sorry there is a but) I was really surprised that you can eat Parrot fish … so I looked it up and well, you may want to as well. It seems that they are so vital to the life of healthy coral they clean it of algae and parasites. Parrot fish also discharge up to 100 kg of white sand every year for every year of their lives. Just saying . I know it surprises me too! But maybe pick a less important fish for dinner if you can.

AHHHH just a tip mate from a chef never de frost a freezer like that. Use your wifes hair dryer and a plastic spatula done in minutes. Great channel fair winds all the best from Spain
