I agree with you i like the Jeanneau Sun Odyssey much better and they offer better keel versions in the larger models. Seems the engineers went the extra mile with designing the keels. I wonder the pointing ability with the lifting keel so i would probably go with the shole keel. Still i can't go any taller than 60 foot tall mast from the waterline.

Between these 2 boats, The beneteau would fit my needs better the the Jeanneau. I personally do not like either of these boats sailing characteristics due to not being able to drop the sails from the cock pit.

Chris I was expecting a little more drama music, maybe an orchestra playing something hair raising. HAHA Normally I would lean to the Benetaeu but here I would have to take the Jennaeu. They both seem like great boats but I always want the most bang from my buck. thanks again
