Kim and Bart, thanks for sharing your thoughts, experiences and facts with us. It's always good and interesting to see others experiences as that can be also very useful for someone who wants to follow your wake in the future. As per the question at the end of the video well… there are so many considerations which is difficult to say what should be your next move. You have your own aspirations and also, there might be things you don't tell us on the videos which can influence the decision, right? Nevertheless, assuming you're still happy with your lifestyle and will be for the years to come, I guess you still have plenty of time ahead to enjoy cruising as a family, therefore, and based on what you have shared with us, seems you haven't visit many places in the Caribbean, which could be worth doing now so… why rush and sail to the Pacific? I guess you're currently in the ABCs (until end of hurricane season) you could visit with more time, in the next season, other Caribbean islands, and think about the Pacific for the following season? And then… there are also other places further west in the Caribbean like San Blas (which I believe you'll visit when crossing the Panama Canal), San Andreas and Providencia, which seems to be very nice, Belize as well. There are so many places which could tick some boxes but again… this is very personal. USA? personally not for me… and Pacific leave it for later 🙂
