When I was in USAF BMT, I was the slowest runner & had almost no energy. TI put me between the 2 fastest runners for morning chow & I was ordered to eat what they ate: bite for bite. I normally ate eggs, bacon, biscuits & gravy. They ate pancakes. By the time of evaluations, I barely passed.

Great episode. We’ve fallen behind the crowd a few times as the cruising tribes migrate. Some of our best cruising has been late season cruising. Like you found it can be lonely. It can also mean every little issue is just you with nobody to bounce ideas off. The point about dogs in the park was gold for us. Hazel the boat dog thanks you!

While the natural tendency is to complain, it's also positive in that it can focus the mind on recognizing & solving problems. If the issue is transportation, others have the same trouble. Lots of options like scooters, bicycles, etc.

Owner developer of Danzante Bay resort and golf course, has a 164’ yacht in build here in British Columbia. The yacht will have the same name as resort.
