Loud kids in the background is far from the calm I would like on a cruise. Paying for a Yacht Club to be away from loud obnoxious people just to have unruly kids is not my idea of a vacation. This is why I cruise with Virgin Voyages.

I was on the Meraviglia YC this time last year. Each night the food was so bland i sent it back, sometimes the replacement entree was bland as well so I sent it back too. It the end I was eating fries and a burger. This leads me to believe that the chef is not a chef but rather a crash coarse given cook that knows nothing about seasoning. In contrast I was on the Divina where the cook came out and introduced himself to YC guests during the evening meals. Those meals were amazing !

Seaside failed the health inspection in April with the lowest score available..probably didn't give the inspector a free meal…

I'm a fan of MSC and the Yacht Club. If you can get an inside cabin the value is amazing for the price. I am going on my fourth YC cruise for my birthday in a week and a half, and a fifth for my wife's birthday in December. It is everything that the NCL Haven USED to be, at a better price point.
