Class lads class.. What more can I say... Amazing sailing wow them swells would make my guys go a little.. Tph I think a lot can be just having that healthy fear.. And the body's way of coping. But keeping the balance.. but any way bang on lads..grate video can't wait till the next one..

Phew…been caught out a few times in big seas not nice. I thick Adam was sick because he was hanging over the back concentrating on Neppie. Not nice . Well done. As Spike Milligan said the only cure for seasickness is to sit under a tree. Keep it coming fantastic.

Nothing worse than having to look down and focus on a fiddly job in a swell, once nausea sets in it's a so hard to shake , but you didn't give in!

Those terrible chemical filled cookies did Adam no good. I do much better with real food in the tummy before a rough sail. Bagel & cream cheese with coffee in a pinch keeps everything calm. Hope his illness passes quickly. Cheers fellows.
