I have heard that ice bath's are great for the body. At this point in the year, all I need to do is get a tub and I can do it for free since we had our first snow of the season this morning.

it is very good therapy. Back at my home i would open my pool every April 15th no matter what the weather. Then, i would dive in head first and swim the 35ft length underwater. i would tell everyone who watched that if i could survive that then my heart and brain would be good for another year, LOL. My son and his friends jumped in one year and it reminded me of those old silent black and white movies. Jumping in and immediately reversing the film hahahhaa!
