I know it was probably a freak strike, but what if you rounded off that top corner of the rudder to a 2 or 3 inch radius to prevent that sharp corner from puncturing the hull again should another strike occur?

Funny how many guys are commenting on the new hairdo, I’ll add mine. It’s cute, a younger look! Sorry about the drone but it seems to be pretty standard, most channels have lost multiple units. Curtis did a great job on the repairs please don’t bump into any more whales. I’ll stick with my rudder well protected by the full keel. Brazil looks like a blast I’m sure you were sad to leave.
