am from middle eastern background , so you have to understand we speak a common tongue over there witch is Arabic , the trinational cloth in sudia arabia yes is black (abayaa ) for women , but still on tv you see shows' from other countries that speak Arabic, like Egypt Syria Lebanon when this countries not as strict about the outfits as sudia arabia ,
yes its all the middle east for the eastern culture , but believe it or not , there is 26 countries , and around 12 different culture ,that share the same religion and speak Arabic , different accents for sure , so yes i speak the Egyptian accent . but ill have hard time speaking with someone from the golf , or north Africa , like Tunisia or morocco , even that am from north Africa my self ,and on paper , everyone suppose to be speaking the same language

Thank you intrepid sailors for showing us the sights along the least traveled southern route into the Med! I would put the Tuwaiq Escarpment in Saudi Arabia in the Wonder category!!
