Katie! Look at the fingers on your right hand. If you continue to release the anchor like that your going to loose them in the chain. Stand up girl hold fast with both hands and push anchor with your foot. That was a close call for you weather you know it or not.

Just noticed the ratchet straps on the dinghy. Did they change color? Is is a mandatory part of the leaving port checklist that Curt pull on them and say "that ain't going anywhere"?

Watch out for fishing nets in Brazilian coast, there isn’t a lot of sailing vessels in the area and fishermen might not be very careful with their signage.
