Absolutely. If we had put our cat up for sale earlier this year, we would have made a very tidy profit over our original purchase price. We did think about it but decided that we didn't want to go back to land in the foreseeable future.

High inflation buffers the fall in the stock & boat markets… all markets. However, there’s a new trend in buying yachts/cruisers on the water instead of condos on the water – NautiStyles/NautiGuys discuss the pros & cons. For retirement, I’m considering this option – a home near the water in Ontario for the summer months & a 44ft yacht on the water in Florida during the winter months & on the hard or on the Great Lakes during the summer.

I’m a former journalist/news artist myself and this is quite well done. The inflation explanation was spot on and I smirked at the candy chart opening. You were a total pro in the interviews, even though you don’t have to be so objective on your own channel. Not bad, weatherman. I wish all local network news was this good. My personal thinking is that we’re at or near market bottom and will come back to zero in Spring. Correlations will follow a half skip behind.
