Nice tour. I’ve watched you over the last few years and you have really smoothed out your personal style of presentation. Regarding the vessel, since it was a fresh water yacht in the Great Lakes the corrosion issues are minimal. As the Denison family can’t attest to since they are also from Saugatuck MI on the West shore of Lake Michigan.

I don't usually look at these smaller yachts, but when I saw it was Ryan Alexander doing the walkthrough, I went ahead and watched. I love how he does his walkthroughs and I am pleased I watched this one. This is a remarkable yacht for it's size and I will pass this one on to a friend looking for something smaller like this. Really interesting layout--I love how different it is. But the interior styling feels more like 1999 than 2019. I'm honestly shocked that it's only 3 years old
