Charles Caudrelier did NOT smash the Solo Atlantic Record… He broke the Route du Rhum record… The solo Transatlantic record is still held by Thomas Coville on Sodebo who crossed the Atlantic in 4 days 11 hours in 2017.

Not my favorite one of the Ultims but Gitana 17 is crazy fast. The team has that boat super-optimized, but as Charles said she's extremely complicated to sail. Great race, looking forward to the IMOCA winners!
