Love it! I wouldn't be surprised if (parts of) your last few videos would be shown in like "introduction to process engineering" classes or something (well, I don't know but at least a layman can get a grasp of this sort of thing here).
Apart from all that: I can absolutely see how you are so excited for these boats. Not being an actual sailor myself, and watching this in the belief that my sailing ideology (were I to be sailing round the world) would somewhat differ from yours, I am just as fascinated and happy about the quality and general good work, as you.

I took my son, when he was 45, sailing around the San Juans for our certification … the 101, 104 and 114 for catamarans. I had plans for us to circumnavigate when he retired. He's retiring next year at 52 and he confided in me he would NO WAY sail across any ocean, and he was freaked the 2 weeks we spent on a Seawind (Great Boat) doing the classes. Water is just not his thing. I'll be taking up stand up paddle board surfing in the spring. Love your content and compassion. Thank you for the inclusion.

At the risk of sounding too cavalier about the reality, it boils down to by the time they've gotten to hull 4 or 5 it becomes like building an IKEA bit of furniture. All the parts are there and ready, you just have to follow the plan for assembly. LOL
It looks like a manual windless crank will not clear the deck or hatch door.
I spoke to seawind just after you announced RR2….. they were quoting 5-6year lead times for a 1360. BUT they were hoping to open a second production line ….. any news???

I think this is great stuff, Nick. RR2 seems to be coming along fine, even though we're mostly seeing hull 1. I see the arch is installed on RR2, so I'm hoping the carbon roof is on by the next video. I think Seawind is putting out a great product, and you said there are already 89 orders for the 1370? That is amazing!
Looking forward to see you and Terysa back on the water. I wish I had the money to subscribe to your Patreon, but there are so many I would have to join to be 'fair' to all those I follow, not to mention I can't even really support one patreon right now with my income and the insane costs of everything here in the U.S.

Now I am getting excited for you… What a wonderful vessel and home for the two of you.
I hope you have better luck with yours than I have had with my Seawind 1260. Mine turned out to be a poor quality build with lots of big mistakes, even negligence. Watch them carefully.
My humble vote for next sailing tour: 1 lap around Australia & New Zealand then over to South America.
