Beautiful and in pristine condition. But I would suggest a couple of important lay-out adjustments before anything. Like transforming the lower double bed into another head, ending the extra passway on the main deck, which imposes ducking when below and adding a head to the master cabin (no problem to expand aft). That being said, it look heavy and unstable. I can see her in rivers and lakes.

That's a lot of ship for the money. Seems like a bargain to me. I'd buy it as a full-time live-aboard happily, it's dirt cheap for a home.
