I believe drilling out the srew holes and bubbles then filling with epoxy and high density filler. You won't have that problem again.
Also think about using butyl to bed it not silicone will be a winner.

Hey guys enjoy your videos, met you Annapolis boat show. You are the real deal. I watched Parley for a long time and met them there – wasn't impressed. They have let the notoriety go to their head. I unsubscribed as all the are about is getting somebody to fund their party and seem to churn thru women that are bought into their BS. Not to say they are not nice charismatic personable folks, but content is getting stale. Keep up your content it is enjoyable.
