Sad to see something of such value left to get into disrepair particularly in Monaco of all places surely if its moored in Monaco it was moved when the boat show etc was on, someone will take it on and put it back to how it should be as what's happening is a crime in theory.

This sounds exactly like the reason supercars are abandoned in Dubai. Men buy these expensive cars in Dubai and when they lose their jobs or fall behind in payments, they have to ditch the car and move out of Dubai, otherwise, they will face prison time since defaulting on debt is considered theft.

amazes me that people like that Prince or Donald Trump can keep walking into banks like Credit Suisse and get these ridiculously huge loans no problems, no questions asked and then they can default on them just as quickly AND be able to go back and get more loans because HEY, they are rich right?
