9. I had the same problem with zincs, there is a stay current somewhere. Since I was on a moorng it was easy to identify the bilge pump as the problem (it was always on). When I replaced the bilge pump I ended up replacing the prop (it was really eaten away). I think the problem originated when the previous owners left the bilge pump in the bilge over winter and it froze solid in a block of ice. Replaced the bilge pump and never had another problem with corrosion.

42. if you think mallorca is crowded go to croatia Jordan! 😉 don't get me wrong, it's crowded in croatia cause of charter boats, but I think it's one of the nicest places to go in the med! spend many vacations there (mallorca too), but man, croatia is sooo beautiful! and you can find lonely places there too!!! and lot's of historic places there as well!

    Search for sirocco winds. That sand reaches all the way up to Belgium/Netherlands. And while you're at it…search for Bora wind too. That's probably the worst wind in the Mediterranean. 🙂
