Have you thought about the fact that the forward pit being away from the sheets? Think about reefing or hoisting sails? You have to have one person for word and one aft every time you reef or do a sail change.

Hi guys, that Cat was a big vessel with lots of room for sure..but the sleeping quarters wasn't what I would call nice, not much colour through the entire boat just saying. But she looks safe and sound. Take care and good luck on your hunt.
