RCY Collection needs to fix the tech issue with it's mobile platform not functioning. IMO, the desktop version should mirror the mobile version of the website. Paying guests who have booked are not able to log in because the mobile will not allow the user to enter their username and password into the fields–they simply do not function. So, if you want to log in to review your account/cruise, its only possible through the desktop version. Its not difficult to build the website from a mobile perspective that also works on desktop. Seems they started their journey with the desktop and forgot to make it function with the mobile version. Should be a simple fix–just spend the coin and hire IT/Tech that can fix the bug….until they do, it just leaves the guest "bugged".

Thank you for this fantastic video and I hope you enjoyed this cruise which launches an extension to the cruise market. I'm sure Four Seasons will be launching theirs as well as Hilton etc. The descriptions, images, videos, sounds as well as yourself were superb !

Nicely done video. We're booked for the South of France/Italy next year, yet the communications from RC have been few-and-far between, far less than the Silversea, Seabourn or Regent Seven Seas cruises of our past, which leaves me with concerns. Does Ritz offer air or hotel discounts as well as transfer packages? How about shore excursions – I've seen nothing about those? Some of the complaints that I've read in the wake of the first few voyages had a common theme – that while the ship is gorgeous, the size dictates a lack of choices in regards to restaurants and lounges onboard. Would you agree?

Very well-done video. For other cruisers and myself; it was on occasion very informative. Yours was one of the first video's of the Ritz Carlton Yacht Club. Here is what I learned. Book spa treatment in advance; Book restaurant reservations in advance; consider outside excursion companies with great reviews. The ship looked lovely however not for everyone. Thank you for taking the time to share this with all of us. Cruise well and enjoy every moment.
