Love the Kos videos.... been to kardamena twice in the past, was the first place in Greece I went to. Am actually going to Kos town in June this year for a week as well. As for you going to the Ionian side, I can wholeheartedly recommend Parga. It's on the mainland opposite Paxos, I think you'd have a great time sailing around that area as well
