An old, unkept boat with lots on unfixed leaks. You're going to have a ton of water damage, mold and rotten wood. This isn't a small boat either so it won't be cheap to fix or mainain either.
If you can't afford a $250k boat, you can't afford this.

I paused at minute 21:39, and I'm thinking a pressure test of the heat exchanger tubes can be done without filling the tank... If it doesn't hold pressure, then it's compromised, where coolant can leak out into the sea water if the coolant is at a higher pressure. On the other hand, you can fill up the tank to see if you get bubbles too... let's keep watchin!

They make a dye that you use with a pressure pump on the radiator cap. Wherever it's leaking it will show up.. how old is your radiator cap?? Those things go bad and will cause either no pressure or 2 much pressure which would allow your coolant to be pushed out somewhere.. also wouldn't it be better to pressure test a single hose at a time so you know exactly which one is the problem
